Pursuant to Pa. R. C. P. 1017 defendant has filed preliminary objections including a plea to the jurisdiction of the court, a motion for a more specific complaint, and a motion to strike off the complaint.

The plea to the jurisdiction raises the question of the service of the complaint upon defendant. Defendant is a nonresident and service was made under Pa. R. C.
