To date, SRA International, Inc. (“SRA” or “Plaintiff’) has provided network infrastructure support to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), pursuant to a September 2009 FDIC Infrastructure Support Contract (“ISC-2 Contract”). 2 Compl. ¶ 11; PI.
