This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District, affirming a decree of the circuit court of Cook county sustaining a demurrer to a bill in chancery. The bill was filed by .appellant Chester C. Corbin, in behalf of himself and all other creditors of the limited partnership of Boies, Fay & Conkey, against William A. Boies, Benjamin B. Pay, Lucius W. Conkey, Julius K. Graves, the First National Bank of Chicago, and others.
