SIMMS, Justice:

Action for declaration of a Resulting Trust and to Quiet Title to real property. The parties are brothers (plaintiffs/appellants) and sisters (defendants/appellees). The question presented is whether the plaintiffs alleged facts sufficient to state a cause of action and survive a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim pursuant to 12 O.S.Supp.1984 § 2012(B)(6). 1 In the interest of clarity, the parties will be referred to herein as they appeared before the trial court.
