The contentions of the defendant give rise to ■two questions: (1) Did the court err in overruling the demurrer to the complaint? (2) Are the findings of the court against the great weight and clear preponderance of the evidence ?

The following facts are supported by the evidence: The plaintiff is a farmer, about thirty-one years of age. He operates a farm belonging to his mother, as her tenant. The farm is located in the town of Watertown. The defendant is a Wisconsin co-operative organized under ch. 185 of the statutes. William Wesemann, not a party to this action, is the plaintiff’s father.…
