The plaintiff is a co-operative corporation organized under ch. 18S, Stats. It brings this action to restrain the Van Camp Packing Company from unlawfully interfering with the contracts of its members in violation of the provisions of sec. 185.08, Stats. The material portions of the complaint will appear as we proceed. Sec. 185.08 is set out in the margin.1 Certain members of the association, among *385them John P.
