Commonwealth v. Dalessio

This is an appeal from an order dismissing with prejudice criminal charges filed against appellee, Elizabeth Dalessio. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse.

The record shows that appellee was arrested after a search of her residence conducted in January of 1988 by the Pennsylvania State Police revealed the presence of methamphetamine, as well as chemicals, glassware, formulas and equipment used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
