Motions numbered 28, 87, 108 and 109 of the March 18, 1983 calendar are consolidated for the purposes of this decision. In brief these motions seek the following types of relief:(1) motion number 28 is brought by petitioners, Jacob Mendelsohn and Mordchai Z.
