This is a devolutive appeal' from a judgment enjoining the execution of an order of seizure and sale pending the determination of an issue presented in another suit before the same court between the plaintiff and defendant and five other parties.
The issue raised in that suit is: Which one of six mortgage notes is the one executed by the plaintiff Cassard?
