11 Plaintiff/Appellant James Robert De-pew (Husband) appeals from the trial court's order which modified the divorce decree and also granted the adoption petitions of both Husband and his former wife, Defendant/Ap-pellee Dawn Marie Depew (Wife), who were seeking to adopt M.C.D. Because we find the trial court erred in granting the adoption petitions of two unmarried persons seeking to adopt the same child, we reverse and remand for redetermination of the parties' adoption petitions.
