The defendants are charged with robbery and related offenses for the gunpoint theft of an automobile. The novel question presented in this case is whether police testimony identifying the defendants as being the individuals who were riding in the stolen car when it was stopped is subject to suppression along with the more traditional, tangible fruits of the unlawful stop of that car.
