OPINION

JACOBSON, Judge.

Betty King (claimant) seeks special action review of an Industrial Commission *162award dismissing her hearing request. We must decide whether the administrative law judge’s dismissal based on his finding that claimant had obstructed meaningful discovery was an abuse of discretion.
