This matter comes before the Court on several motions. Massachusetts Casualty Insurance Company (“MCIC”) filed an Amended Complaint'(the “Amended Complaint”) in which it seeks: (1) a declaration that a debt for disability benefits paid to Theophilus Green (“Green”) is nondis-chargeable due to fraud under § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 eb seq., and (2) a declaration that an award of discovery sanctions granted to it against Green in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois is nondis-chargeable as a debt for willful and…
