This matter comes before the Court on the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Knox County Hospital, d/b/a Good Samaritan Hospital and the Board of Trustees of Knox County Hospital (collectively the “Hospital”). The Hospital claims it is entitled to summary judgment against plaintiff Lisa A.
