A Superior Court jury convicted the defendant of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of al*777cohol, fourth offense, G. L. c. 90, § 24.1 The main issue on appeal is the propriety of using a New Hampshire “conviction” as one of the prior offenses. We hold that it was proper.
