The defendant, a banking corporation, appeals from the judgment and from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
The object of the action, as shown by the complaint, is to have the plaintiff adjudged to be the owner of 3241 shares of the capital stock of the Finnell Land Company, standing in the name of the defendant, and to compel the defendant to transfer and deliver the said shares to plaintiff.
