OPINION

HARTZ, Judge.

{1} Plaintiffs appeal an adverse verdict in their personal injury action. They contend that the judgment must be reversed because (1) the district court refused to permit them to recall a witness during their case in chief, (2) the district court improperly restricted cross-examination by permitting only one Plaintiff to cross-examine witnesses regarding liability, and (3) members of the jury improperly discussed the case with one another during the course of trial.
