— Respondents, owners and holders under what is known as the Frost decree, Dec. 13, 1909, adjudicating the waters of the Big Wood River (Frost v. Alturas Water Co., 11 Ida. 294, 81 Pac. 996; Frost v. Idaho Irr. Co., 19 Ida. 372, 114 Pac. 38) of different priorities antedating the storage rights of appellant, brought this action to enjoin appellant from interfering with the natural flow of Big Wood River and from interfering with the respondents’ appropriated waters, respondents claiming the right to use the water whenever they deem it necessary in point of time and to compel…
