MACY, Justice.

This appeal concerns a real estate broker’s right to a commission under an exclusive-right-to-sell contract. The trial court entered judgment for the broker, resulting in the vendor’s appeal to this Court.

We affirm.

In January 1982, appellant E & E Mining, Inc. entered into two listing agreements with a real estate brokerage firm, appellee Flying “D” Group, Inc., to sell a motel and adjacent vacant lot in Riverton, Wyoming.
