On March 14, 2014, Linda Ganas and Jack Ganas (“Plaintiffs”) commenced this Adversary Proceeding asserting an Objection to the Proof of Claim filed by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”) and asserting seven affirmative claims for relief against Defendant.
