S.P. Terry Company, Inc. and Montgomery Peerless Insurance Company (collectively, employer) appeal an award by the Workers’ Compensation Commission (commission) of temporary total disability benefits, temporary partial disability benefits, and medical benefits to Jorge Rubinos (claimant).
