“The grand jury of Arkansas county, in the name and by the authority of the state of Arkansas, accuse L. S. Hunter and W. F. Ball of the crime of forgery, committed as follows: The said L. S. Hunter and W. F. Ball, in the county and state aforesaid, on the 14th day of July, A. D. 1885, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, fraudulently and falsely make, forge and counterfeit a certain paper writing, and indorse and sign upon the back of said paper writing the name of H.
