1. Criminal Law: forgery intent: evidence. The indictment accused’ the defendant of the false making of an order in words following: “No. 214. $116.00. April 12, 1906. Treasurer of the School Township of Douglas, County of Polk: One ■ year after date without interest pay to D. TBlodgett, or order, the sum of one hundred sixteen dollars from the contingent fund for Cyclopedias in suhdistrict No. -■. By order of the board of directors. Frank Berkey, President. E. F.
