Appeal from Conway Circuit Court; A. B. Priddy, Judge; 1. There was no transcript filed in the circuit court of Conway County and it had no jurisdiction. On the 2nd day of October, 1917, appellant was tried and convicted in the Conway Circuit Court, on change of venue from Johnson Circuit Court, of carnally knowing’ Yiola Dunn, a female person under the age.of sixteen years, and .sentenced to imprisonment for one year. Motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial were filed and overruled, and from the judgment of conviction an appeal has been prosecuted to this court.
