I. INTRODUCTION
On September 18, 2007, the United States Government filed a motion to with draw the reference of certain issues in the above-referenced petition from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) (“section 157(d)”).
