This is an environmental case filed under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., concerning trichloroethylene (TCE) contamination at the Tri-County Public Airport Site in Herington, Kansas.
