Murphy, District Judge, 669 F.Supp. 289, following Moore’s conviction by a jury on June 24, 1987 of two counts of assault with a deadly and 1 dangerous weapon upon federal correctional officers engaged in their official duties, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 111 (1982) and 1114 (Supp.IV 1986).
