This appeal is from a judgment of the circuit court in a writ of review proceeding under ORS 34.010, et seq. The proceeding from which the writ was taken was a disciplinary matter heard by a trial board of the Oregon State Police pursuant to the proceedings provided for in ORS ch 181.
