This suit was instituted by A. W. King, C. E. King, and J. L. Garvin, appellees herein, agáinst the city of Corsicana, a municipal corporation, appellant herein, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by them by reason of depreciation in value of their improved lands and personal inconvenience and discomfort suffered in the occupancy of the same, all of which they alleged was caused by the action of appellant in discharging sewage in Post Oak creek, a water course running along or near their said lands.
