The captioned ease is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs have responded in opposition to defendant’s motion. The court considers the motion below.

Factual Background

Defendant Huber operates an oriented strand board (“OSB”) plant in Commerce, Georgia. From 1982 through October, 1994, plaintiffs resided in a home located at 220 Rob Belue Road, Commerce, Georgia.
