This action was commenced in the district court of Pawnee county, Okla., by H. W. Williams, as plaintiff, against Flora E. Pearce, defendant, to recover an undivided one-third interest in 80 'acres of land situated in said county. The plaintiff is an attorney at law and had been person ally acquainted with the defendant for a number of years, during which time he had been her neighbor, friend, and legal adviser. She had, from time to time, loaned him money, and on the 8th day of March, 1909, plaintiff executed a deed to the defendant to all of his right, title, and interest in and to an…
