William Louis Rogers, Jr., appeals as of right from an October 22, 2010 Judgment of the Nelson Circuit Court convicting him, following a jury trial, of two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 218A.1412(2)(b) and one count of possessing a controlled substance, second offense, pursuant to KRS 218A.1415(2)(b).
