The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the district court of Tulsa county of the crime of manslaughter in the first degree, and was sentenced to serve a term of twelve years in the state penitentiary.
On the 10th day of December, 1927, the defendant was duly arraigned in the district court, waived the reading of the information, and entered his plea of not guilty.
