This matter is before the court on the motion of Plaintiffs James D. Delaney and Patricia L. Delaney to remand this case to the 6th Judicial District Court of Lamar County, Texas, filed on December 9,1998. See Dkt. # 4. On December 21, 1998, Defendants Viking Freight, Inc., (“Viking Freight”) and Central Freight, Inc., (“Central Freight”) filed a response in opposition to the motion.
