This is an appeal from the denial (in its entirety) of the application for legal fees and expenses of Tenzer Greenblatt LLP 1 (“Tenzer” .or “Appellant”), counsel for Angelika Films 57th, Inc. (“Debtor” or “Angelika Films”), by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Gonzalez, J.).
