Before me is an application by the law firm of Fellows & Hymowitz, P.C. (“F & H”) for professional compensation (a one-third contingency fee) and reimbursement of expenses in connection with the settlement, on behalf of the debtors’ then Chapter 7 Trustee, of a state court personal injury action in which they were counsel of record for debtors Mary and Gary Mercury.
