MEMORANDUM OPINION

Both Debtors in these related cases have filed similar Motions to Employ Counsel (“Motions to Employ”) that seek to employ Donald R. Calaiaro as their attorney (“Proposed Counsel”). The individual Debtor, Tammy L. Straughn (“Straughn”) is the majority shareholder and president of the corporate Debtor, J.T. Trucking, Inc. (“J.T.”) and, as discussed below, there are certain other financial ties that exist between the Debtors.
