This appeal is from a decree sustaining a demurrer. It is urged as the principal objection to the bill that complain-, ant appears thereby to have lost sight of the maxim, “He who comes into equity must come with clean hands.” Construing the bill most strongly against the complainant, the fair inference is, that, as a result of inducements offered by his adversary contesting the will—just what 'does not appear—he agreed to withhold active effort to sustain the will, wherein he was named as executor and which he had propounded for probate, and promised that he would acquiesce in a decree…
