NARICK, Senior Judge.
The issue before this Court is whether a prisoner can be denied his request to proceed in forma pauperis, if the Court determines that his underlying cause of action is frivolous.
Curtis Thomas appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County that denied his request to proceed in forma pauperis because the trial court deter mined Thomas’ complaint against correctional officers Thomas Holtz and McCoy (collectively, correctional officers) was frivolous. We affirm.
