The patent is No. 663,359, issued December 4, 1900, to plaintiff for “dipping-frame for coating candies.” The specification states that:
“Tliis invention relates to dipping-frames for coating candies and more particularly chocolates; and the object thereof is to provide an improved dipping-frame of lilis class in which the candies or cores thereof are immersed in liquid chocolate or other material and are thus coated.
