OPINION
HERLANDS, District Judge:
Petitioner, Diana Compañía Marítima, S. A. of Panama [hereinafter “Owner”], owner of the S. S. Admiralty Flyer moves for (1) an order, pursuant to Section 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 9 1 , confirming an arbitration award rendered between the Owner and Admiralty Lines, Ltd.
