This suit in admiralty was brought by petitioner in the District Court for Western Washington against respondent, the steamship “Pacific Cedar,” and its owner, the respondent Dimon Steamship Corporation, to recover an alleged overpayment of freight and to establish a lien on the vessel for the amount of the overpayment.
