PELLEGRINO, J.
The plaintiff, George A. Thompson, trustee, appeals from the judgment rendered in favor of the defendants David Orcutt and Sandra Orcutt1 in this action to foreclose a mortgage securing a debt. He claims that the trial court improperly determined, on the basis of the doctrine of unclean hands, that he was not entitled to equitable relief. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
