ISS International Service Systems, Inc. appeals the judgment entered on the jury’s verdict in favor of Jerald N. Widmer in this action for breach of an employment agreement, contending that the trial court erred in denying its motion for directed verdict because (1) the agreement failed to specify an essential element; namely, the nature of the services to be rendered; (2) even if an ambiguity existed, Widmer failed to establish the essential element by parol evidence; (3) the three-year term of employment was unenforceable because it was not severable from the void arbitration…
