Where a purported contract of employment contains restrictive covenants prohibiting the employee for a period of five years after termination of the employment provided by the contract from engaging in competition with his employer, either as owner or employee in a similar business, but fixes no definite time or place of employment, no duties to be performed, and no compensation to be paid to the employee, such purported contract is so indefinite in its terms as to amount to no enforceable contract, even though the employee actually rendered services in behalf of the employer subsequently to…
