PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES

On March 20, 1989, appellant Theresa Huck (Huck) filed a complaint with the South Dakota Division of Human Rights alleging appellee McCain Foods engaged in unfair or discriminatory practices because of sex, in violation of SDCL 20-13-10. * A hearing was held before the Commission of Human Rights (Commission) on October 20, 1989. Commission dismissed the complaint.
