CONNOR, District Judge.
This is a motion made by plaintiff to order the payment to it of money in the registry. It appears from the record and affidavits file’d: That at the October term, 1912, of this court, at Elizabeth City, plaintiff recovered judgment against the defendant for the sum of about $2,100. That on or about the 16th day of January, 1913, defendant paid to the deputy clerk at Elizabeth City the full amount of the judgment and the costs taxed against him.
