This case involves a dispute between two abutting property owners, namely, the plaintiff, Abington Limited Partnership,1 and the defendant, Talcott Mountain Science Center for Student Involvement, Inc. (Science Center),2 regarding the Science Center’s use of an easement of access3 that it possesses over a private roadway located on the plaintiffs property.
