This appeal stems from an interstate custody dispute involving two children, C.A.P., born in March 1999 (“the older child”), and Z.R.P., born in March 2000 (“the younger child”). S.B. and T.B., the maternal aunt and uncle of the two children, appeal from an order of the Montgomery Juvenile Court refusing to assert temporary emergency jurisdiction over the case.
