This was an action by the appellee against the appellants, Albert E. Crow and Laura R. Crow, husband and wife, to set aside a fraudulent conveyance.

The complaint alleges, among other things, that the appellee recovered a judgment against the appellant, Albert E. Crow, in the Marion Superior Court, on the-day of March, 1890, for the sum of $725.24; that after the commencement of the suit in which the judgment was recovered, the said Albert, by warranty deed, without any valuable consideration, voluntarily conveyed to the said Laura R.
